I am happy for this opportunity to tell you how much I appreciate the effort all of our colleagues have put in, in particular those that have had to face extended periods of working from home. For many people, the blending of home and work life has been extremely difficult, and the isolation and loneliness has been very real. In spite of all this I have seen many of our teams continue to work hard and deliver real value to our clients, colleagues, and communities. Their energy, creativity and dedication have been a real gift throughout the year, and I recognize that our company is only successful because of their valued and combined efforts. This edition of the Minet Risk magazine is yet another demonstration of their dedication and perseverance; during these trying times, colleagues did not shy away from picking up their pen and write articles that are close to their heart.
The festive season is often a time for reflection, and I hope that everyone – our colleagues, clients, and the communities we serve - can take some time to reflect on all that they have achieved, however big or small one might consider those to be, and the vital role that they have played in the success of our Company, Minet.
Furthermore, I would like to take this opportunity to thank all members of staff for their commitment all year long. May this season bring an abundance of happiness and peace to you and your loved ones.
